Unworn jewellery that is in original condition can be returned within 14 days of purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Jewellery up to 30 days from purchase date can be returned for exchange or credit. Please return all packaging with the items. Some Conditions apply. For returns, please contact us to arrange shipping the item back. All custom pieces are final sale. Any Vicki Westgate Fine Jewellery that has been altered, adjusted, or personalized for sizing or fitting is final sale.
